This workshop is an invitation to learn from Nature, the greatest teacher, why boundaries are essential for abundance, energy, vitality and ease. We’re saying HELL NO to people pleasing, burning out and exhaustion and HELL YES to being there for people we care about, mapping our energy, making time for rest and recharge, clear decision-making, and no more resentment.

We’ll explore how this natural boundary-setting looks in nature from trees and wildlife to native medicine herbs like the nettle.
